Great planning and execution by the teams ? ? ?

I approached Mr. Ramasubramaniam based on Google search and positive reviews. Mr.Ram is a very humble and grounded individual who advised me on both setting up a video door phone and a CCTV setup. Where others would have tried to sell me the the most expensive products that I never needed, ( I had approached other vendors before Mr.Ram and thats exactly what they tried to do) , Mr.Ram and his team focused only on what is necessary for my residence. They advised my builder (as it was a new building) on how to do the cabling work.They even constantly followed up on our construction progress (This is after taking the payment for the devices) and visited the site a few times to ensure we had all the help needed to get the cabling and other wiring work done right. Mr.Suresh from the team has to be congratulated for his responsiveness. He was just a phone call away and would visit the site at short notice to help with anything. They would regularly visit to supply different equipment like locks, CAT cables and other elements in a timely manner. Both Mr.Ram and Mr.Suresh would always return your calls if they are unable to take your call at any time. This itself is rare in today's world! I never had to call twice to follow up on anything. If they say they will do it on a given day, you can be assured they will do it. We had a 2 phase work with Video Door phones being phase 1 and the CCTV setup being phase 2. Both work orders were completed so smoothly. The team would come with the equipment, verify the order and 2 hours later they would be done. What I appreciate the most from this team is that they are empathetic to the customer needs. It shows in the way the entire team talks and advises. Very humble, practical and knowledgeable. In short, the entire Aulpha Technolgies team and their service has been fantastic. I have no second thoughts about recommending this team to any organization or residence for their needs.
